A New Era of Growth and Collaboration Unfolds for Stellantis and Dealers

Stellantis North America unveiled a growth strategy at NADA, focusing on dealer collaboration, enhanced incentives, advertising budgets, and new product launches for 2025.

At the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) convention in New Orleans, Stellantis North America laid out an ambitious strategy designed to fuel growth and bolster collaboration with its dealers in the coming year.

Strengthening Dealer Relationships

In a focused session attended by Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®, and Ram dealers, company executives made it clear that strengthening dealer relationships is a key priority.

They outlined an actionable plan that features revamped incentive programs, increased advertising efforts, and fresh product introductions, all aimed at meeting the shifting demands of consumers.

Antonio Filosa, Stellantis’ Chief Operating Officer for North America, noted how vital collaboration is to their new strategy.

He expressed a strong commitment to removing obstacles that hinder dealerships from reaching their full potential. “Our goal is to foster synergies that benefit both Stellantis and our dealers in this dynamic marketplace,” Filosa stated.

Jeff Kommor, who oversees U.S. Sales, emphasized the significance of building trust with the dealer network, especially after a challenging previous year.

He shared that the company aims to provide consistent messages regarding products, pricing, and incentives to create a more cohesive experience.

The feedback from dealers has been overwhelmingly positive, igniting optimism that 2025 will be a promising year for both Stellantis and its partners.

Major Initiatives Announced

Among the major initiatives announced, Stellantis will restore advertising budgets to pre-pandemic levels, with plans to prominently feature Jeep and Ram during the much-anticipated Big Game on February 9th.

This move is expected to enhance consumer interaction significantly.

The company also reaffirmed its commitment to stable and attractive incentive programs, aiming to simplify and enhance competitiveness.
